o You are regularly confronted with change: what can you do concretely?
o How do the interests and roles of the Directors – Managers – Colleagues generate tension?
o How can you manage the expectations of the persons who are affected by change?
After taking this course :
o You’ll know that change is something completely natural and you’ll be aware of your automatic reaction;
o You’ll know what instinct is and you’ll understand how to master the feeling of control;
o You’ll have the adequate tools to efficiently manage change;
o You’ll be able to detect tension as well as the elements that nourish it;
o You’ll be able to adapt your thoughts and your way of functioning so as to manage change more efficiently.
