Happy Mondays trainings are based on three key words: observe, learn and improve. By observing you become aware of your current way of working, you study its impact and learn useful lessons from it. Learning consists of discovering new approaches and taking on new ways of behaving. You improve by implementing newly acquired skills in your daily environment. Mistakes are used as a valuable source of information for further growth and are not judged as failure.
