Smart Leaders – The Game

 29,50

You get the best out of yourself and the group by regularly introducing a game format. It encourages thinking, it is the starting point for interesting conversations, it is experiential and has a motivating effect. This is why we developed 'Smart Leaders - The Game'.

Quotes remain an inspiration for many people. Saying a lot with few words. We stick a focus question to it each time. It gives insight into what kind of colleague, friend or manager you are or want to be.

How it does it work?

The assignments help you get a better grip on your beliefs, drives and thinking. The aim is to playfully bring you into conversation with colleagues and managers about your core values and drives as a person and professional. You share your views on themes such as ‘communication’, ‘leadership’, ‘management’ or ‘change’.

On the front is a quote, on the back a question. The cards are divided into 2 categories: ‘leading yourself’ and ‘leading a team(member)’. In this way, we help, on the one hand, to increase your self-knowledge and, on the other, to improve your way of working with others.

You can also work only with the quotes or only with the questions. That choice is up to you.

Practical

You work on these human skills: developing self-awareness, critical thinking, better cooperation, learning to manage better.

"After the communication book "You have more influence than you think", this is another topper from Happy Mondays! Plays smoothly and can be played during the lunch break, for example. We are already fans!"

Els van den Brempt

"Do not expect an overly theoretical game about leadership, but a game that provides a very concrete framework to test and adjust your leadership. The personal touch and the telling examples that come out of the group force even the best leader to self-reflect and gain new insights."
