Prompt Smart – Gain Time with AI
This training is available:
Digital
Face-to-face
Blended

AI is everywhere. But it’s only useful if you know how to use it — and if you’re willing to change the way you work. You know what they say: “garbage in = garbage out.” In this training, you’ll discover what AI can do for you, learn how to write good prompts or instructions, and integrate tools like Copilot and/or ChatGPT into your daily workflow.
We build on the insights from our popular trainings Work Smarter, Not Harder and Smart Tools, Bad Habits, and take it one step further: from smart tools to smart prompting.
Programme of this training
You will learn:
- What AI can and cannot do for you as your personal assistant
- How to write a good prompt or instruction: what to pay attention to
- How to set up your own AI persona based on your own writing style
(You’ll bring your own written texts, because this is something you don’t want to outsource to AI) - How to turn recurring prompts into simple agents
- How to build a personal prompt library
- How to integrate AI into your planning, communication and collaboration
You’ll practise the techniques and experience their impact in real-life situations. That way, you’ll know how they work, what they bring, and how to implement them smoothly into your daily work context.
What will you get out of this journey?
This training is for professionals who want to save time and work more efficiently with AI tools. People who are looking for a clear step-by-step approach to start using AI or to improve how they work with it. Professionals who are willing to adapt their work habits.
