Prolonged sitting is detrimental to your health. It can lead to physical and mental complaints such as back pain, headaches or feeling ‘tense’. Performing professionally is like preparing for and running a marathon.
This workshop improves teams’ physical, mental and professional performance by combining ergonomics, nutrition, sleep, and mental techniques for personal and professional acceleration. Participants will receive practical tips and tools to increase their well-being and productivity.

- We work on your body awareness and self-responsibility.
- We get straight down to business with concrete exercises on stress relief and relaxation.
- You will learn the basics of nutrition and sleep for well-being and productivity.
- We zoom in on techniques for self-leadership and inner dialogue. Because mental fitness @ work is also crucial.
- You will learn, like marathon runners, to use realistic goal setting and future creation in your projects.
- You will engage in dialogue with the trainer/coach based on your own questions and experiences.
